CM traces its roots back to 1977 when founder Stan Adams started the firm Adams and Associates, Inc.  Mik Mikulich began working at Adams in 1999.  In 2007 Adams and Associates, Inc. was renamed Adams and Associates Engineers, PLLC.  Mik became one of two owners of Adams and Associates Engineers, PLLC in 2011 when Stan retired.  In 2018 Adams expanded by opening a second office location in Phoenix, Arizona.  Four years later the two Adams offices split, and the Adams Phoenix office became CM Associates Engineers, PLLC.

More than forty years have passed with two name changes, expanded services, and progression to a full service MEP engineering firm.  CM remains one of the most trustworthy Arizona engineering firms serving clients throughout the Southwest!  Our proudest accomplishment is the relationships we’ve built with our clients and business partners.  Thank you to our clients, family, and friends who have played a role in our success for so many fabulous years!  We look forward to working together for many more years to come!
